Its diameter is usually 45-60 centimeters, and the thickest can reach 90 centimeters. The leaves are large, palmately divided, nearly circular, with a diameter of 1-1.5 meters and a maximum width of 3 meters. The fruit is large, nearly spherical, with a diameter of 10-20 centimeters.
Growth habits
Borassus flabillifer prefers to grow in dry areas. I prefer a growth environment with abundant sunshine and warm climate, but I am more afraid of cold. The suitable temperature for growth is 22-30 ℃, and the overwintering temperature cannot be lower than 8 ℃. The requirements for soil are not strict, but loose and fertile loam soil is the best. It mostly grows in sunny and dry courtyards, gardens, roadsides, and gentle slopes in the south.
