When loading containers

1. Reasonable planning of space: Based on the size, shape, and quantity of plants, plan the space inside the container reasonably. Ensure that plants are evenly distributed in the container to avoid excessive local accumulation and poor ventilation.
2. In the container, use appropriate fixing devices (such as straps, wooden sticks, brackets, etc.) to secure the plants in place to prevent displacement, collapse, or tipping during transportation.
During the loading process, the placement of each product will be recorded to ensure that customers have a clear understanding of the loading status of the goods. After the loading is completed, the plants inside the container will be inspected to ensure that all plants are in good condition.
4. After confirming that the plants inside the container are in good condition and recorded, close the container door and start the refrigeration system. Ensure that the container doors are well sealed to prevent external air from entering and affecting the environment inside the container.
  • When does it usually start loading containers?
    1. We will check when the ship will arrive at the port, arrange for container loading 48 hours before arrival, and assign personnel to load 24 hours before arrival to minimize the time it takes for the goods to be in the container
  • How is the placement of goods arranged?
We have professional personnel who plan the placement of each product reasonably. At the same time, for heavier products, we will follow the principle of "light on top and heavy on bottom" and improve customer satisfaction.
  • How do we control the temperature of the container?
We will perform pre cooling treatment before loading the seedlings to gradually lower their body temperature, and then adjust the temperature of the container, which will help create a suitable storage environment for the seedlings.

Packaging method

  • Before loading onto the vehicle, it is necessary to perform necessary treatments on the plants, such as pruning branches, to reduce damage during transportation.
  • For large plants, we will wrap the soil balls with wire mesh, water them thoroughly, and then wrap them with film, blankets, or shade nets. The branches of the trees will also be tied with shade nets or ropes before being loaded onto the truck.
  • For the packaging of small potted plants: We will wrap the leaves of each plant with paper to ensure that the goods arrive in the best condition for the buyer.
