Temperature
The optimum temperature for the growth of Aglaonema- Auspicious Red is 18~30℃, 21~30℃ is the best from March to September, and 18~21℃ is the best from September to March of the following year. The temperature in winter should not be lower than 13℃. If the temperature is below 8℃, the leaf edges and tips will be frozen and withered. When frozen, the leaf edges or most of the leaves will be scalded by boiling water. In severe cases, the tender shoots will be water-soaked, and the roots will rot.
Light
Aglaonema- Auspicious Red is shade-tolerant and afraid of strong light. The leaf growth and leaf color are best under bright scattered light. Bright scattered light can make the red spots and patterns on the leaves of Red Rough Rib Grass more colorful. In midsummer, it is easy to get leaf burns when exposed to strong light or scorching sun. Similarly, although it can grow normally under low light conditions, the leaf color deteriorates, and the bright red spots on the leaves are not prominent, lacking layers and luster.
Water and humidity
It is best to water when the surface of the pot soil is dry, but in winter when the room temperature is low, watering and spraying should be reduced, otherwise the pot soil will be too mixed, the roots will easily rot, and the leaves will turn yellow and wither. Fertilizer is mainly compound fertilizer, and thin fertilizer is applied frequently as the principle
